Where did it go?

My husband and I have a great relationship, but lately the intimacy is gone. I don't know why. I asked him if everything was okay, and he said yes. He says that he is just tired and hasn't been feeling well. However, it has been a few months, and the affection is not getting better. What should I do?

having been married for 12 years now, i can say that intimacy can run hot and cold depending upon individual stress levels. a marriage is a partnership and each partner needs to shoulder the burdens & responsibilities EQUALLY.

are you working to help out with finances? are finances the issue?

are you making time for fun? i.e. date night? a romantic dinner? socializing with friends? are you really communicating effectively? all this of course helps.

i don't have the answers other than to say be patient, work at it at an even pace, and stay positive!
