I had a history of drug abuse and it lead to robberies. I paid my price and while I was incarcerated I took life skills classes and even got 2 years of college credits. I've got a great job, thanks to a friend. My problem is that her parents don't want her to marry me due to my record. We're in our forties and we don't need their approval, but we'd like to know ... His boss doesn't know about it but if he ever got caught he'd be fired. I've asked him to stop this, but he just laughs and says it happens all the time in his business. I got real upset with my husband because I learned my dog has broken ribs and the vet says she was probably kicked. My husband never has liked her and I could easily believe he did it even though he strongly denies it. My sister recently learned that when he was a teenager he got into some major trouble after burning a cat. That horrifies me. I asked him about it and he wouldn't talk, but I know my sister wouldn't lie to me especially about something like that. ...
